dear here for me its giving not Good just fine speed and me not konw about that setting Etc...... !!

i am dial up user and downloading speed come 4kb to 5kb

but i can give you a trick ..... !!

when its downloading 100% then its seeding when its seeding pause it then stop it ... this can save your time :)

Which by the way is known as hit and run leeching and totaly goes against the bit torrent protocol and slows down rather than speeds up your d/load speeds,
gets your IP passed around torrent tracker logs and gets you banned by other users. oh and not to mention the fact that it DESTROYS torrents!

If everybody used your so called trick the whole torrent scene would cease to exist.
the best way to speed up your downloads is to ALWAYS seed but just limit your upload to about 80% of your actual upload line capacity.
p2p is about sharing and not just selfishly gaining what YOU want

May be most of the FORUMMERS who try to download the ****S you have posted does not know that they have been genuinely cheated. Because the Uploading speed is much higher than the Downloading speed.

Uploading means that the contents of the PC of the person trying to download using TORRENT dirty trick.

I finally got the solution to the problem.

FIRST: Go to Windows Device Manager (right click on my computer, properties, hardware, device manager)

Open Up "Sound, Video and Game Controllers"

Right click on Bluetooth AV/HS Audio

Click DISABLE!

In BlueSoleil, go to My Services, Properties

Uncheck auto-start for AV Headphone and Headset Audio Gateway.

Reboot.

Now Try connecting with PC Suite.
