I have this problem with several phones
(5110,6110,6150)They go off after 20-30 minutes.If the phone switched on without sim,
works ok w/o switching off.
Is this cause by hardware or software fault.
I check service manual troubleshooting hints and found all ok.Allready solder all ic's & replace ccont,vcxo,sleep clock crystal and some others.Flashing the phone does not make difference. Do anybody have an idea.
