please help me bad serial numbers

hello:
above all work correctly and of the day at the following day nothing functions and I have reinstal all the drivers and programs but the problem is always the same one I included/understood anything please help me it is all what I have for Alcatel
the box is detected by the PC. and all the drivers are installed correctly....

when i press make log =serial nuber is bad
and when i press write log = can not detect hard lock
and when i press internet update = Can not read Serial Number!

and this message (HERDLOCK MISSING!) for otuf184.exe http://www.onetouchunlockerflasher.com/phpBB2/images/smiles/icon_sad.gif

I had same problem, but when i replug my usb box and restart otuf184...box working !
Otuf hardware seems to be very sensitive ;)

yes I knows you are right but this time my problem percist because I have to test on other PC and I have reinstale the drivers several times but the same problem I am disappointed of this limps

Hello,
I am sorry to hear that.
Your box is probably melfunctioned. If you test it on other computer then there is no way that your computer/sistem expirience some driver problem.
We need to replace your box. Just send to your reseller, or if you want you can send us directly (contact on info@gsmmasters.com)

to have thank you in advance answered me .then I have to test my box on other PC and I have reinstle the drivers several times but the problem percist then I have to contact my reseller that it did not want to take responsability and then I have contact the service customers info@gsmmasters.com but I did not receive an answer to date since April 18 then if you can help me I would be grateful to you and thank you for your assistance it is too nice ..

Can you read log with loger, or you can not cause of bad serial number?

if im not wrong i read the log file and also gave me bad serial but if i try to update i cant becouse always gives me a message about serial... i can let you know something on tuesday becouse monday is holiday.

Ok,
That is problem that we can solved with repair software. Please send us your log on info@gsmmasters.com and we will see what can we do.
