i made a very anticipated appointment with Jose Ramon, to deliver the new tsm box while i was visiting Madrid these days. First he took my calls and was nice but at the moment of make it real, he never answer either my calls , messages or sms.
part of my trip here was to make this box for my service centre.
if this is the way they treat sales, i cant imagine how is support.
better to encourage pro team like vygis to finish their awesome software for tsm than expect inmature like this to fulfil our expectations.
at the end im happy i do not have to deal with this type of guys.
