LG B2050 New version???

Received today 2 LG B2050 for unlock from T-Mobile DE and I am trying with Redbox, Vygis, etc but no luck. No program can boot the phone completely. Is it a newer version of software which the tools don't support, or what is the problem? Vygis starts loading boots and stops with the message: "Phone not respond". Tried also with another PC and other models selected at program, but that doesn't work too. The phone's software versions are these: B2050 P40FL-49-V102-262-01 JUN 20 2005.
Any advice

Same problem with B2050 T-mobile,and no suggestion yet.

It surely is new version cause the date of release of Vygis cracked and this software version of phone are almost the same. And Redbox, as you know, newest version 4.0 is not working at all, and with older versions it is impossible to unlock this phone.
