After T-Mobile provided me with and unlocking code, it didn't work!
After I attempted to key in the Network Unlock Code, it came up with:
"Contact Service Provider"

Is there anyway I can get the Unlocking Code Screen back up?
I have no clue how to do it! And I haven't come across a problem such as this before, if ANYONE can help at all, that would be fantastic!

1 more thing: I have a USB Cable which works in my V360, but I don't have a memory card for the mobile or and software to use with the USB Cable.
Can anyone provide some software for me? So I can upload/download ringtones etc to/off the phone? Or do I require a memory card to use this?

Anyone who can help with either situation, please help :) Thanks heaps!

I can't get that screen up again! The: "Unlock Code" screen isn't coming back up! All it's saying is: "Contact Service Provider" After I put my SIM PIN it, it usually came up with: "Enter Subsidy Code" which is the "Enter Unlock Code"
It's locked to T-Mobile, but I was unlocking it to change to another network.
I need to get the: "Enter Subsidy Code" screen back up! Any help here?

if you want to unlock it fast and very easy witout any problem just buy mss4 its best for all motorola new and old .

u can unlock it with smart clip.but phone has testpoint be careful when removing shield.good luck

Leave it with "Contact Service Provider" for 30 min and you'll get back the "Enter Subsidy Code" again.
Enter the code again more carefully!!!!

You definitely have to wait and the Enter Subsidy Code message will return. For me it usually takes over three hours though.

Make sure you leave it turned on at that screen and don't play with it.
