Steps to unlock GRUNDIG G402i

Steps to unlock GRUNDIG G402i ?
should I use com1 irda conection? Can I use any irda conection?
Phone should be on and pc must find modem and selectect that com ?

1-install irda
2-on phone and activate the irda in the phone
3- put irda of phone near the irda of pc
4-new modem is detected and installed
5-lunch soft (dongle connected )
6- press unlock(the phone must be on and connected)
ps: connection to internet required
good unlock

I folowed this steps unlock confirmation ok. Any som card accepted and network ok but when try to call : Please retry later
