How to contact griffin team..??

Hi,
I need support from Griffin team for my GTI..

I already posted in GTI forum and in griffin section..no one replies..after that i posted in MT box section in 5 min that thread was deleted ..I have this tool when it was initially released and fully activated ..cost was very high ..I need this to be fixed by some GTI team members..so instead of deleting the thread some one from the team try to help me..Hope this thread will stay

was wondering about 1 thing,,
gti team was supposed to give away mt-boxes to people who bought gti at initial high costs.. did that happened??

i posted on gti forum,, but no help
