help with LG c2200 needed

Hello guys,

I have bought the data cable for all the LG devices from c series. And the problem is that I would like to turn the lock off. But with GSM-Asia tool it says that it is timeout while unlocking.

As it has said to me I have done the following:
1. made Fact. reset
2. turned off
3. while unlocking pressed no button and holding it till it finishes.

No luck with unlocking.

Does anyone know where I can find the tool to unlock it or please advice.

you have to press power button till boot.

So what I have tryed:
1. Turn off and then switch the power button till the boot is comming and then pressed unlock.
2. first pressed unlock and then red button on the phone. Got the same result.

What I got in the window of the problem:
Press NO and HOLD it...
Error: timeout.
