V980 lcd problem

Hi mates!I'm fairly new,but I've got this prblm,my phone dead lcd after unlocking,first I followed all instruction required for the software I used to unlock with,it is Smart Moto,but after I unlock and power on the phone it showed nothing on the lcd,what could be the reason?

i am jeeva i have proplem in v980 vodafone ,when i am using gsm card the network ok. but when i use 3g card the display "emergency call" i restore the setting still same.any one give me idea please i have many phone like this problem.
