finally I got it fixed: must use original service providers flash, in my case orange uk, the posted vodafone and chinese flash files did not work.

Many friends facing problem while unlocking the phone with BB server (phone lock)
So let start from here if you know the password please insert it before unlocking or try to enter wrong password 10 time it will format the user area of the phone automatically and asking to enter new password , so insert new password and press enter :
Now do the fallowing:

1) unplug usb cable
2) go to phone MENU , SETTING,OPTION,SECURITY
3) press the wheel inside and press WIPE HANHELD
4) wait until formatting complete and phone will restart again
5) it should now asking to enter new password , so ignore it
6) plug your USB cable and run BB server unlocking software
7) press read codes ( taking almost 1 to 2 min)
8) now unplug the phone and enter any password
9) go to phone menu and setting, option , sim card
10) pres shift key and enter MEPD,
11) now pres shift and enter MEP2
12) release shift key and enter the code which you got it from BB SERVER

now phone should be unlocked

Many friends facing problem while unlocking the phone with BB server (phone lock)
So let start from here if you know the password please insert it before unlocking or try to enter wrong password 10 time it will format the user area of the phone automatically and asking to enter new password , so insert new password and press enter :
Now do the fallowing:

1) unplug usb cable
2) go to phone MENU , SETTING,OPTION,SECURITY
3) press the wheel inside and press WIPE HANHELD
4) wait until formatting complete and phone will restart again
5) it should now asking to enter new password , so ignore it
6) plug your USB cable and run BB server unlocking software
7) press read codes ( taking almost 1 to 2 min)
8) now unplug the phone and enter any password
9) go to phone menu and setting, option , sim card
10) pres shift key and enter MEPD,
11) now pres shift and enter MEP2
12) release shift key and enter the code which you got it from BB SERVER

now phone should be unlocked

Ur procedure works fien i have done like this 7100 but 7290 becomes dead after 10 wrong attempts and get on screen 507 that was unable to flash with flash file from Vodafone coz it was T mobile so what we have to do there is just go to
C/Program files/Commonfiles/Research in Motion/Apploader and there change the VENDOR.xml file only rename that with any name then all mobiles will work fine for flash if any one got problem that flashing is not starting automatically just do that and it will start flashing
