Siemens S10 MoviStar ?!?!

Hi !
I got a Siemens S10 here and down on the phone i can read "MoviStar". I guess this is some sort of spanish pre-paid card. Now, i only have the phone, and a german D1 xtra cash card. If i turn the phone on i read:

Phone Disabled
Network Code


Hell..what is this ? Is this phone stolen and some sort of security id ? i guess not, Network codes means something other, or ?!

Can someone help ?!

MoviStar is one of the three celular operators in Spain ( the anothers are Airtel and Amena). I think you have stolen phone from Spain (or an error).
