Unlock the CODE of a Siemens S4

Hi,
does anyone know a solution to unlock the code of my Siemens S4? After putting in adifferent SIM Card I had to enter a code. Well, I entered the wrong code 3 times and now my phone just works with my old SIM.
Please answer asap.
