All you have to do is choose the ringtone from the list of available ones. It usually shows up on the list where you can choose the ringtone.

Its not rocket science.. just simple logic.
As S60 phones can display images while someone is calling, this program does not display videos instead it displays images or GIF clips . Which to us looks like video clips. and a mixture of sound leads to .sis files. Simple as that !

install the file in ur mem card then go to profiles / ringing tone /select angel xrt
u can also select this frm contacts where u can giv seperate ring tone for each contacts
now when the tone is set call frm another number and see the video clip when for incomin call

do this work and will get it right

c/nokia/sounds/digital/angel.xrt(46.9kb file)
2 c/system/apps/make a folder named XRT (capital letters)place in it Daemon.exe
3 C/SYSTEM/DATA/make a folder xrt place in it angel.xrt(153.9kb file)
restart the fon
look in profiles 4 angel.xrt u can only hear it set it then call frm other number to view the video
this must fix the problem

LOL all you say is what Angel.sis do.
I did everythings of your steps but its still doesn't work !
With or without memory card, i cannot read the XRT File placed on C/Sounds/Digital/Angel.xrt
And the file remain always invisible from Profile !!! ..

In fact i did nothing because ALL what you SAID was made by the SIS PACKED Angel.SIS so i just checked all you said and all was done !
And about C/Sounds etc... was just a mistake when writing to forum ;)
I would like to believe you when you say i need nothing to OPEN The file SO would you EXPLAIN ME WHY i can't READ IT neither SEE IT in Vibration mode, or in Tone on Profil or on Contacts to someone !
The file is only visible with Fexplorer, and the XRT file countain NO ICON !
When i shown you my picture, you can see a "S" icon because it was Helix Player, but it doesn't work on my mobile, i don't know what's happen with Helix player but i can't read any file with him, SO i uninstalled Helix Player, and since that the File Angel.xrt remain without icon..
If i put any of other file : AMR, MP3, WAV, MID, Etc... ALL IS WORKING but not XRT :s
SO i guess something go Wrong with that Pack, maybe doesn't work on Nokia 6680 but only with others phones ... i don't know, i don't understand and i can't know why because i don't know who made that pack.
Once again, i have checked absolutely ALL about you said, and when i install the Pack Angel.SIS, all is happening exactly, and the pack install the famous file : Daemon.exe
ALSO, i have tested others XRT Files, and exactly same problem !!
some times some pre installed software can overpower another software files and make the programme not to work only solution is to format ur fon and reinstall
when u format ur fon in the future im sure u will b able to make these tones work in ur mobile
