How can you say that support is bad :confused: , this is first time you ask about this.
I had problem with my loggin last week and ask here in forum it took no more that a few minutes for them to answer me.
they have *** support no problem with that.

When got Usr & Psw for support , dwnld from there latest version.
Drivers are in this file ( furious.exe or somthing similar )
P.S.
of course this is for v2 verion not for Gold.
Gold verison will be available in few days
