Hello,
You are probably behind firewall or proxy so you can not connect through needed ports.
You can send us .hlg file by email. You can make .hlg file with Make Log option in loger and send us to info@gsmmasters.com . We will update your hardlock manualy.

Like we said yesterday on ICQ, we solve one problem by reinstalling XP, but you need to have Internet connection without firewall to use our Internet Cloning Calculation.

Sending you new box will not solve the problem.
We are afraid that you have some problem with your computer or usb port, what is more important we suspect that maybe some hacking activities are done on your box so this problem started, cause repairer that we sent you did not help.
We are making software that will do more security checks and more possibility of reparation, so anyway we will solve this problem one way or another.
The last way to help you is that you need to send your box to us, we will do repair or send you new box. If we find any hardware activities on box, we will not do replacment.

I am afraid that you have something on your computer which slow down software.
With Gold account you must have better result. You update it to Platinum, tell me how is going now?

Hy gsmmasters,i have a litle problem whit otuf because i`m a new user of this box.I have install the latest version of otuf (21.1)and if i want to read codes from e256 program sey the power on the phone but then interface show me the message TIMEOUT.iF you have some manual instruction of that post me please.tnks

Sorry for asking this cause you probably done it. When software says power on the phone, did you press power button on phone?

ACR writes logs authomaticly but we find this problems on some computer that logs are not saved, we did not find what is about. I will check it, thanks for notice.

I Can't install OTUF
" I added xpinpout32v2.ddl in : C:\Program Files\Alcatel OTUF "
i tested 3 versions but no solution
msg is : cannot find import;DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version File ...,error 126
i add xpinpout32v2.dll in c:\program files\alcatelOTUF
