I succesfully killed one v360v after removing the shield for testpoint. the problem is that if i connect the baterry to the phone, the voltage sharply drops to 0.03v when connected to the phone, but if a remove the battery and check the voltage it gives me the 4.7v. the phone does not power at all. the customer is on my neck. please urgent help is needed. i cant even get the phone in my country to buy for the customer. this shows how serious is the problem is.

first of all you must reball power management IC and if no another problems your phone wil be back to life.

...how did You removed the shield? If thru hot-air then just try to reball all ICs. If thru cutting, pulling, check the shield pads. sometimes they make a short-circuit to nearest resistors.
