Symbian recording soft, Beep, wich Firmware

Hello friends,
as we all know there is a beep every 5 seconds when we use recording software like Spy-Call, Call-Recorder, Ultimate Recorder...
some Phones with some firmware do not BEEP.
Please post here wich Phone you use,wich recording soft,wich Firmware
(*#0000#) language, and most important BEEP or NOT.
Maybe someone from those flashing Hardwarefreaks can create a flash update w.o. Beep, or maybe it is possible to downgrade the Phone to a Firmware w.o. Beep?
