boot 3 and boot 4 problem

I'm trying to unloc c 139 but i get this eorr everytime
Action: Flash
Write: Firmware
Write: Flex
Write: Language Pack
Device: C139
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
Err: boot[04]
Release Power button !
Connect Fail
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 21 se
on the help section it said and I'm using com x 300 cable

If you have "boot[03]" or "boot[04]" errors with C113, C115, C116, C117, C118, C139, please, check "Documentation" folder or use ordinary COM-port cable or PL2303 (prolific) based usb-rs232 converter.
so What I need to do please ?

it work I use unibox t 191 rj45 cable direct unlock didn't work but after flash it work it work fine now
