CATIK is reselling Boxes and not Supporting for Updates! For this reason you should contact Support Team of Astro Clip

Well, reseller also have to give retroactive Support, else nobody supporting People. Anytime Astro team cant support 10000 People for questions and Problems. But only if Seller says, No support, plz keep this well, cause not all have to give in otherwise sellers..Think about it..

catik is good reseller,fast man,and a good buddy of me.i couldnt understand these customers who need updates from resellers,why not posting about the lazy teams?? no support from the team but shame on resellers,this is not fair.or these newbies dont know anything about gsmbizz.Catik doesnt have anything to do with Astro or any tool w/o support,please contact the teams for support.

dear at all,
on the first day which i bought the clip it didn't work.on the next day i spoke with catik about this problem. but he said i must do an update! i did it. but no succes!! However, I tried to contact catik but he was in turkey while he was ill.as he came back to germany i phoned with him.but his wife spoke with me i asked she when he cames back she said after 2 months. ca. 1 week later a friend saw him in abasonic. after that meet i cantakt him an We wanted to solve problem.i spoke with him abut the not working clip (How in the first one meet) He said to me he changes mine clip with his functioning one. I have gone to abasonic and they have exchanged to me it.I have tested clip. But it as the same problem. I spoke with him in msn about the same problem with his functioning clip he said to me he couldnt do anything with the box I must wait to the next update .
Why I must suffer from it I have bought not product from him which functioned. It is not mine problem separate his. Catik is a correct reseller? So he can take my clip and he give me a NEW box not astro ( I dont want my money back)
my smart clip is except Guarantee time so could my other reseller changed that without problems!!!!
Why did catik this not? But I have guarantee. I know many people which worked with catiks not correct work. I want to give him a last changes without court!
If you say catik is good reseller then he could exchange to me them box.
