Hi all! I posted this in another forum, but I think it was in the wrong place.
I was charging my phone and all of a sudden the screen went completely blank. I turned the phone off and back on again, but the screen remained white. I can still hear sound when I turn the phone on/off and my alarm goes off at the right time, but I still can't see anything but a white screen and no functions are working. I'm also unable to call out/receive calls. I dont know the first thing about the phone except how to use it, so any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
