New Bluetoother, Need Help

I just bought a Motorola Razr and I want to get some music clips onto it for ringtones. I have a Hewlett Packard notebook which has "My Bluetooth Places" on it. I don't think that's what I need. Everytime I hook up my device, it says please insert Bluetooth software cd or some junk. No bluetooth cd came with my laptop or my new phone. I don't know what I need to transfer these songs but I need some help. Anyone?

open your bluetooth sofware,pair your phone and laptop together, then transfer whatever you want to transfer

I don't have any bluetooth software, that's the problem. Where do I get it?

buy one BT dongle in any electronics store :D :D
