V550\525 Disassembly

I've removed the 4 torx screws from the back of the phone but can't work out how to get the back off. I've used a shim around the edges but it seems stuck on both sides in the centre of the phone. Any tricks to opening this model? If someone could point me to a photo guide it would be much appreciated.
