BlackBerry soft not working. i'm using motorola c350 cable.drivers installed well.But i click on DO JOBS it gives this error

so F.G.T how to solve it ?
I have just unlocked about 15 pcs Blackberry 7290's
All 100% okay so soft is fine, must be phone problem.

i also tried another BB but F.G'S BB soft is still not working.i also tried the soft on another pc n according to Mr. .:hack3r2k:.'s instructions .
i poweron the BB connect it with Moto C350 it asks for drivers i gaved him the correct path the drivers installed well after that i open soft but after clikcing on DO JOBS the soft still giving the same msg

i also tried on a brand new cable & it's still giving the samge msg :mad:
look i power on the BB it shows "BlackBerrytm Wireless Handheld". now i connect the the cable to BB open the soft clicked on DO JOBS but still no luck :confused:
Uninstall drivers, re-install drivers, open sw and then unlock - trust me it works 100%. Has to be a connection problem
make sure cable and driver ok.
when u connect phone with cable to pc did pc found the phone ? if yes and driver installed u can start sw. and get codes within some seconds..
check also used port. go to hardware details or modems and see which port is using for this phone. make sure u choose good port.
its the only problem of security code of bb phone plz disable it and .:hack3r2k:. Man u must close furious gold or better go to sleep. If u cant read this or if u have two left hands then shut up.:D :D :D

Just camed from sleep and i have one good left hand :D Pls be sure Blackberry Desktop is closed and PASSWORD IS DISABLED !!!

Depends what model u try to unlock. Soem of them have strange connector that we have for sale on bb-server.eu

It works verry well and will enable DISABLE option for pass !!! Pb is you dont do it properly.

i solved my problem entered wrong five time then it will ask u to type blackberry do and again type wrong code upto last attempt it allow ten attemp after u make all attemp it will reboot after rebooting it will ask u enter new code no need to put the code connect the software and read the code for unlock when u read the code then entered new code for phone not code readed and go setting menue and sim menu and enter the code readed and thats all i did two hand set unlock by this proceadure
