OK, first of all, you must have the Nokia PC Suite installed in your PC. You can download it from Nokia webpage (http://www.nokia.com/).
Then you must have a means to transfer the files to your mobile. That means that the connection from your PC to mobile phone must be OK. That means that you must have the cable connected from PC to mobile or the bluetooth connection running (if you PC supports bluetooth).
Some PC's have inbuild bluetooth connection, like in my laptop. In some PC's you must bought a separate bluetooth card.
When you have the Nokia PC Suite installed and the cable connected (or bluetooth), installing the .jar files is not a problem anymore.
