Why do you hide?:mad:

Our goods should be delivered right after easter.
Order and payment 640 Euro done 6 April 2006.
Since then not a single word from you.

Several mail sent and message on your answermachine but nothing.

As we wrote in our latest mail to your two mailaccounts:
If no refund or shipping status: We have to take further action.

This first step is to inform others about your way to do (or not to do)business. More steps to come...

@others:
Read and consider this info.

Please dont reply "Lars is good" "No problem" etc.
We have done business with him last 2 years with delay as the only problem. But now with this and other facts we understand that something is very wrong.:confused:

Strange that you answer us now after 50 days....
Strange that you have the cables today....

If this is your way of doing business, you should consider to close down.
We hardly think that you can do business with anyone in Sweden again.

You have clearly shown that you are not to be trusted.
We are buying our cables from other supplier that delivers 3-4 days after payment,
not 50 days or more after several mails and messages.
You have caused us big problems, we have lost a lot of orders because of you.

Don't send goods, we can not be sure of what you will send and if you will send - Refund us!
From tomorrow we leave this to collector company and additional costs is on your side.

If you want to sell these cables to us -Refund us first and we will pay after delivery if the goods is OK.
There is too many stories about you and your way to do business.

By the way - We have paid for delivery with UPS.

We have told you to not send goods and instead refund us.

You have mailed us a non valid tracking id
96.030090.5079 (DHL/DeutschePOst)

Checked today with DHL Sweden which told us that this tracking id is incorrect in their system. Others on this forum has earlier received false trackingno.

Today we have contacted a collector company and initial cost is 60 Eur.
So now You owe us 700 Eur. And every further action will cost you more.

Lars Jenkner! Where do you think this will end?
How much are you willing to pay?
Is your reputation worth this or are you perhaps closing down?
Even if you close, Do you think you can escape?

@kungartur: Have you checked your tracking id? If not do that!

it seems you can't read. I have clearly specified which shipping company I used, but you really seem not to be able to read things right.

I also wonder why you forwarded the case to a collector company. I have told you that the goods were shipped to you so I owe you nothing and this will be easy to see for the collector company also

Checked today with DHL Sweden which told us that this tracking id is incorrect in their system. (Yes DHL Sweden is owned of DHL/Deutsche Post and in same system)

Mail you? Why if you dont reply in 50 days?
Its better to write here to inform others about mobilerepair.de

Collector company has advised us not to sign or accept any goods from you.

So refund us!

Hmm,

think this tracking ID is only Trackable through +491805 / 345 22 55
costs 12cent from German Network and they only will tell you that the package is given to the Swedish Post, even it´s owned by DHL.

I have been very pleased with Lars at www.mobilerepair.de the last couple of years. But something must have gone wrong because he doesn't return my emails anymore. And I don't know why!

I tried to contact him through mails, through his webshop and through this forum by PM.
Other customers from Denmark are also complaining about goods not being delivered.

But I've heard nothing from him....

What is going on Lars ?

Some questions to be answered by you:

1. We have clearly told you to not send goods and instead refund us.
We told you that we have another supplier that we are satisfied with.
Why havent you refunded us?

2. Today we have been at postoffice and inspected a package from you.
As we wrote: You are not to be trusted, so we refused to accept it.
The package is rather small and have a weight of 1,589 Kg.

No need to be a professor to figure out that it does not contain 140 cables that we have ordered and payed for.
So: What is in the package????

3. Are you going to refund us 640 Eur + 60 Eur immediately or are you going to continue lying and cheating?

4. Are you aware of the consequences of what you are doing?

Think of what you have done and answer these questions honestly if you can.....

yes you are right: this one package doesn’t contain 140 cables, but it was a three part shipment that was sent to you which contained all the cables. So until now you received only one of those parcels.

Pretty sure that you couldnt answer the questions.

The single parcel has been at postoffice since 8 june and no other package or indication
of that it is multiple parts. If this single package contains cables, so by weight it cant
be more than 15-20 cables. Not 140 pcs that we have payed for 70 days ago.

Your story about 3-part parcel is not to believe.

It doesnt matter what you do or say, There is only problem with you and your so called Ecommerce.

At monday 19 june we will let collector company take next step if:

1. You have not fully refunded us 640 + 60 Eur

or

2. Sent copies of shipping that prooves you have sent 3 parcels and payed us 60 Eur.

Its up to you: Do you want further problems - You will have it.

Since there are more people interested in what you are doing we will of course post this in forum also.

Comfortable with lying and cheating? Perhaps your lifestyle?

Business ok? Collecting money but dont deliver is of course profitable but only short time....


On request of Collector company, we have checked with DHL and Swedish post.
There is no such thing as multiple part parcels that you are lying about. Every parcel/package gets its own ID-number.
There are no other packages registred.


You sent a package 1,5 kg and there can not be more than 15-20 cables in it. If it is cables...
Now tell what is in it. Of course we dont sign for it and it will be returned to you.
We have taken a photo for documentation and perhaps you can remember what you have put in it?

It is 10 days since our last mail. No answer, No refund.


Its now about 90 days since you received 640 EUR for 140 cables. We have been begging for refund, but all you have done
is to send a package that you not even can tell what it contains.

This is gonna be expensive for you.

I paid him money in January 2006. I got something, but not for the whole sum. And I have not received part of the stuff that I ordered and paid year ago. But he responds my mails and promises to send my package "soon".
I have trused him but now I start to doubt his honesty.

seems many having problem with him now......me aswell even if its solved now.... it took a while and many parcels before i got the items....and this was a very small order with just a few pieces....actually one thing i s still wrong....but i cant cope with this mailing just for collect 5u$ items.....

i think people should buy their stuff somewhere else,cant understand how anyone can make business like this....

This company issnt a honest company they purchase goods from us many times and our goods are checked by several people b4 sending. But after receiving the goods they will say this missing that faulty. Then when you ask them to return they sill say returning is very expensive end up they return only after 1 year plus n now crying for refund and pester us end up thinking might as well give it to them as they keep threatening i will do this and that to you and your company blah blah.

Also for everyone info the so call original items especially housing issnt original at all. They ask for prices for original which we gave them but they say too expensive then buy copy original instead n it as .... Well they know it themselves. If anyone is in doubt bring the so call original housing especially sonyericsson, samsung and motorola which they bought alot from us n have them checked in service centre. Just dun be shocked.

Well, I see that I'm not alone. I ordered a USB Cable (april 2006) and never receive it till now.
I wrote to PAYPAL about the problem with Lars Jenkner (Mobilerepair)
I suggest you to do the same. Hope then his PAYPAL account will be closed.

Saw this thread and can say that i have similar problems..

He owe me 2 displays, 1 flexcable and 10 speakers..

I have paid thru paypal....It seems like some people have gotten their money back ... Can this be done and how ??

PS. He has recently changed paypal ID, could this be because he was banned from paypal with his old adress ?

Those who buy from him check the quality of the items as this guy usually buy copy original and used items then sell as new and original to gain the max profit. Those who have bought from him I believe will know what I mean.

Mobilerepair.de is for sure earning money by taking orders and payment but not deliver!

He has done nothing to pay us back 640 Eur. After sending this to him through paypal resolution center we finally could get our money back:
