Ok i was wonderin how I could use my cell phone as a modem for my laptop, using bluetooth. What do i need on my laptop so i can do this? can anyone help me out with this

Usb Cable / Bluetooth.
You'll need to connect to the internet through the phone, then connect the phone to the PC. Usually there's accompanying PC software to help you through this. Using Bluetooh it's a whole lot easier using the DUN profile.
