Sorry for all OLD PBB user that bought such expensive tool with empty from our mighty "zulea" cause unknown when he will tell you the same stuff like below!!!!
"First LPT hardware of PBB was designed/released 2 years ago, and now is really hard to 'fit' inside this all new tricks who is comming from Nokia in new Phoenix releases."
When "Nokia" change something to phoenix and make PBB2 doesn't support! I think the same word come out again and he will add something like below
"Also I want to remind that upgrade cost is 89 EUR, not such a big ammount."
Weather he un-capable or the reason he release his new PBB2 now stop updated for old PBB user!!
Is true that "Zulea" didn't promise any support but he did promise PBB user will have updated for any phoenix new release!!

So i do again remind all "new" user think before you buy his product!!
PBB2 are really cheap but just really un-fair for those who bought LPT PBB with such discount for old user and un-resposible business way!!
For me, same thing will happen to any product from "Zulea" else he cannot earn his living!!:D :D

It would only be fair for zulea to charge his old customers!!!!It is not his fault that nokia changed the hardware.
BTW zulea, keep up the good work on all your products because you are one of the best.

This is the risk when you buy clone equipment
it is original zulea equipment but it is CLONE of Nokia equipment and anyday it can stop working
at the moment i beleive nokia have a plan to update all equipment and get rid of the PKD-1/FLS-4

sadly you are right ... its not zulea foult and updates do need to be paied from time to time .... noone can work for free forever or give support forever withput getting paied extra....
from other hand , it have nothing to do with zulea not giving or giving bad support for his customers with his manmy many many tools he build ....

for me,pbb was ok from year 2004 and we made good profit with it,now new design is out and its working well.old one was a little bit problematic because of the hardware and powersupply problems.new one has quality pcb and also working with usb,this is the point for me.if i were the thread starter,i would open this one about usbsmart cause its a magazine tool,Zulea is adding whatever he founds free to usbsmart and this is not fair.on the other hand,i couldn't fix my w810i's till cruiser9.66,mtbox se was not updated yet,universalbox was the one which has demaged the phones:D and i dont have setool..so usbsmart fixed my w810i's without any error and at once.finally,when i think Zulea's tools and what we can do in my shop with them in a whole case,Zulea is ok for me.And he is still the fisrt & the only one who has emulated Fls4.

But you did promise that our PBB will work at any new phoenix when you release this box at 1st!!! Maybe you forget what you said or I don't understand your language?:o

Hm, sometimes you have to make upgrades (Tools and money) for a better protection and support newer phones....
Same happens with SCDR 1 and 2 and many other Tools in gsm-market...Nobody understands this....But if you think about it a little longer you will understand.....Let`s have a look to zuleas usb-smart.....I do not understand how he earns money with this tool... Very low cost product and still updates (without any pay).......

You telling me you buy this product and not make ANY money from it to pay initial cost of box plus enough to buy the new box?
If yes, then please leave the Gsm game and turn off the lights on your way out.
We have 2 of Zulea PBB boxes at our work and they have each made over 1,000 each over past 2 years. The NEC Nexus made good money and then then the added SE tool again helped to make good money when other solutions were still behind in terms of ability to carry certain jobs on specific handsets.
We have buy all Zulea products over the years including DIV and we will continue to support all Zulea boxes because we believe in the work Zulea has done and is continuing to do for the Gsm community.
You should buy a product based on your own needs, so if you don't think it can do phones you need it to do at the time of buying and do not think you can recoup the outlay then it is simple, do not buy!!
But to suggest the support is poor when after 2 years you are complaining that Zulea PBB is cheating you because Nokia decide to update and change their own equipment is a complete joke!
Turn off the lights when you leave please

why is zulea cheater??? for giving products at low cost acessible to all??? off course if they are low cost hardware and software maybe are not like the other....... thatīs basic and easy to understand...... or u think that for 35 euros u can make all the things that others can with all the tools in market???? and cause u canīt u are being cheated??? 35 euros u make in 3 mobiles... so stop complaining..... if u take 1 euro for unlocking u will need 35 mobiles... and if u ruin one of them u need 100 mobiles ... think a little bit in this friend..... u and others.....
anyway.. for the price u have the best tool in market... if u want better buy original or another tools and another and another in order to have maximum potencialities and be "professional"

I really cant understand the mentality of thread starters like this.
They want Everything for nothing, They think because Theyve bought product before that producers OWE them something.
If you buy any other product (non gsm) you dont get support for more than about 6 months. You certainly dont get discount because product becomes obsolete (not that Zuleas products do).
I bet if a customer came to you asking you to flash their phone with latest firmware then came back in 3 months saying its out of date you wouldnt reflash it free of charge;)
Instead of keep asking this GREAT Software producer for free stuff try thanking him for allowing you and the rest of us to make money with little costs to ourselves:mad:

honestly speaking, if GSM-W is telling lies, he is not too far from the truth, zuleas products are all powerful but the suudeness of support is very awful, but we cant say no!

The only tools that are cheaper are the free ones and most of them you get NO support so it still shows that Zulea's tools are the best value for money.:D

easiest way, put the prices up so they can't buy an unlock tool for the same cost as unlocking two phones.
i also charge at least double to repair phones damaged by up and coming unlockers using usb smart.

I must admit Zuleas old marketing strategy i prefered . I remember when there was perhaps 10 boxes of his in UK . my friend payed 7.500 for a used one
But we realy used to earn those days . 25 pound per unit 3310 3210.

of cause they are powerful tools, better than the expensive ones, but i see these tools as killing the bussiness, a man came to me PRICING AN lg u8360 unlock for =N=500 which equals to $3 and he got it unlocked for that price elsewhere,
may be Zulea is the ANTICHRIST of gsm unlocking, but i respect him and his work so much that i am congratulating him as the most succesful programmer in the gsm unlocking bussiness comparing to the number of his boxes and the usefulness of them all, there is no gsm unlocker that doesn't use his software even the_laser at least for CTRL+C plus CTRL+V.
looking back at his mates in the bussines, Andromeda, DARKtelecom, Jazz, bartek, jethro and the rest of them, one must not fail to congratulate Zulea as a succesful man!
I will not buy one of zulea product, i will buy ALL HIS PRODUCTS because simply need in every repair shop. About cheap, well, just think back who made first cheap devices and after this judge. I think he just adjust his prices to current market situation.
Just my opinion.

So if you also have these and other powerful tools AS WELL as knowledge, then yes you can make lots of money from the one button unlockers cockups:D

i have been in this busniess many years when dongles were 800$ for a single solution. When 3310 was 25 pounds to unlock c35 20pounds trium mars 20 pounds ,
And then came the world and his mother wanting to unlock then came clips
And if i realy speak my mind here i would be barred so i will stop
