hi Lasfar,
This update is for both of them. As we promised old tsmbox will be updated only with new version of phone supported ( we wont add any other phones ). Just New TSMbox + will unlock some new: grundig, vitel, tsm, airam, pantech.... phones. ( MORE SURPRISES ARE REALLY NEARRRRRRRRRRRRR) ; )

i have this problem only with new Grundig G410i. G402i works fine all version :) anyway i hope one day it will work standalone

re unlock, if it happends it is old problem, you must unlock it many times until it will be working then it will be also unlocked

Just repeat unlock process and will be ok.
maybe 2 or 3 times more.

I try to unlock grundig g402i SW-71100308 more than 20 times , say me this :
Port opened OK
Connected to phone
Seccond auth ERROR, switching off the phone
please switch it on, and try again

Hi Nadorman,
We will check this error, and solve as soon as possible. We think that is a new subversion inside V SW-71100308 ( SW-71100308 "B"). But most of them can be unlocked without problems
