Use InteliPoint with Toshiba Bluetooth Stack

I really need help, i got this to work with the dongle using the widcomm drivers but i want it to work on my laptop using the intergrated.

I changed all the things to &VID_045E&PID_0098 from _VID&0002045e_PID&0098& yet it wont let me update the driver saying that it doesnt contain anything about the device

PS: I have Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer for Bluetooth
It shouldnt matter but under toshiba bluetooth usb controller the

if i understood chinese this would help, i only know english though, what does that page have to do with getting the intelipoint drivers working. Its not the toshiba stack that has the problem its intelipoint.

Please anyone help me
