Hi Batt Doha,

Don’t connect cable to phone before soft ask you to power on phone. We use auto ignition cable so you must connect cable after Power on phone message.

This seems that you are trying to activate your box in a computer without internet connection. Please activate box in a computer WITH internet connection.

i get driver installed and activated, then it says disconnect cable, i disconnect usb cable, now sys rdy mbus light blinking, what to do next?

And where is support? no help offered either! I sent pm and nothing, I believe you guys never even got one pantech connected to your software. show a screen shot, if you can, post rj45 cable connection to pantech!

Problem on Pantech Module Version 2.3

Press Connect
Try connect the phone, if u get Error and u try to Connect Again, the program says: Please Connect the box.
When u press on Connect to box, u got an error screen 'Init serial' something like that. Dont remember at all.

and after few seconds ... another message like : Asynchronous socket error 10049.

All this errors using latest matador engine v 1.3 from your website ...
And one more thing ... i have internet connection ... just now i write this post here ...
How can u think someone wants to download updates for tsmbox from internet without internet on computer ... ( and also ... firewall (windows + others ) are disable / even peerguardian etc)

On my home computer - windows xp media center 2002 sp2 matador engine don't start at all and keeps my CPU at 99% in the background.

Problems solved ...
1. socket errors ... program work only if you have real IP ... i plugged the computer directly into the ADSL modem and can connect with server... no more socket errors ( must mention all other SCDR etc box work with the router i use)
2. box not found ... first open software ... then press check for updates ... then plug the box ... and works... ( don't work if box alreay plugged)
You should make some user manual for this box ... :-(

need to ask tsmbox team to activate all modules... they can activate / deactivate modules directly from server ... maybe they are planning in future payed updates so they need this module approach for this.

Please tell customer to try now, we make an update to Matador Engine update server and during update we just allow TSMbox module to be installed on boxes, this was only for 1 hour and a half. Now server is updated and your customer should have all modules available.

If your customer still having only 1 module available please contact me and send me S/N so I can fully activate his TSMbox+.

Hi mates, with 4 PCBs same problem--->the message was reading codes OK, but did not appear neither asteriscs nor numbers into the window´s fields, and with direct unlock got error message, same as reading full flash.

Raeding codes ok but asterix instead of numbers, I use my polarbox 2 and it does display the numbers.

Please we really need a good update!!!!

And please solve the internet connection of your server because I cannot get any files from matador engine support.

i just cant connect my tsm to for update. and this is happening with all my computers, i cant connect it with any of them, i have tried to remove all traces of its usb drivers and reinstalled them still get same response about "socket error"
i have an active internet connection but still i cant update my box why this?
what do i do?

You must fill up activation form. I think that it´s the only details that can block download acces . I check everything and it´s correct.

Ok, this means your box is not active, you must contact your seller so he can activate it.

This means you activated the Matador Engine HARDWARE this date, but your reseller must activate all the licenses inside the box, I already talked to your reseller and now u have AlcaBull license activated, so please update your box and you will be able to use it.

Report here PC hardware (CPU, RAM, HD, ...), Operating System (Windows XP, Windows 2000, ...), software used and what action you performed before the error happened.

grundig module missing and when i want to connect my box and download i get this error message DISCONECTED
