Moto C350 can't be unlocked with Usbsmart

I have USBsmart dongle I have unlock A V220 but I can't unlock Motorola C350
always I have this Error :

Connecting to phone ...
Connected to: 'Motorola Flash'
Connected OK
Sending loader to phone ...
ERROR: Receiving 0x41 ACK
ERROR: Send loader failed

please give me the solution or an advice to solve this problem Urgent!!

friend have you tried posting this problem in the usb smart SUPPORT area in this forum instead ? you may find a quicker answer to your problem ;)
