nokia nhe 2xn dont lock in

i have one old handy nokia nhe 2xn, but this dont lock in!

it aksept the card and the pin but after it try to lock in but it dont do! what is wrong maby i need new software? (germany d2 vodafone)

NHE-2XN is a D-network phone also called Nokia 1011. It operates at a frequency of 900MHz.

You will not get lucky by using it with a GSM-card!
