hi,
I've seen the same probleme on SAMSUNG and SONY-ERICSSON , coming from USA....on past I flashed them...But the probleme is the same....
It's the RF IC wish has other frequency bands...not the same used in europe or africa....The oscillator don't reconized the network of your area....
