t809 Video Playback

Hi all,
I'm trying Xilisoft to convert my videos but I can't seem to get the right combination of settings. I tried adjusting various settings, but each time I adjust the audio, I get a failed message. If I play that "failed" clip on my phone, it freezes and resets.
With the default settings, I get the first frame of the video and nothing else...
Does anyone have suggestions for "near perfect" settings I can use with the Xilisoft program to make the videos work on my phone?:confused:

I went ahead and downloaded ImToo3pg converter and I'm having the same problem...
Here's my issue. When i convert the files, there is no content in the converted 3pg file. the size will be only 0 - 3kb... What am i doing wrong??
