solved problem by formatting nand and re flashing tfs

hi mates,

I am facing the same problem (with the same error code)
I have tried your advice and I have got

** Formatting TFS system (NAND Flash)...
Format Error!
Funccode(0x2)->Errorcode (0x80090000)

I think, It is a hardware problem, Please can you help?
