in the last month my box wont work with all phones !What hapend to It ?

Faled to connect server.

And here can't erase and gives me this message (see the screen shot)
can you help me please to make my box working ?

Maybe damaged or unsupported tech... i had this error too :

Maybe software bug, i also had erase error problem using last version with be4 and bf3 phone...
Read full flash and tech, and send them to the Boss ;)

Hi snipper and Utshimata. Maybe u'r problem is wrong Tech zone , coz i hve a same message with 1 pc but when i change and try with others all ok. so i think it's phone problem . Hve a good day.

On some Internet providers, there is problem cause long network delay so box stop communicate cause of security reasons.

which you can use to solve this.
Anyway, today we will release OTUF V19.0 which will have this problem fixed.

In this last version ( V19.0) , The Erasing error bug was fixed but after cloning the phone doesn't recognise the SIM card ! always Insert SIM Card !
probably The phone had a damaged techzone :confused: !I have readed the full falsh and Techzone befor cloning if you wante I will send them to you .

It is no use to send us tech zone, it is not damaged, but it is not originall one.
You need to try find originall one in some backups if there is any.

I am having a problum with OTUF, it says 'can not find hardlock'. I have tried in different computers and ports. It happened all of a sudden, when I was in the middle of work.
I have tried to use loger too, but it gives

Hardlock Err312
Sending refresh request...

Server Calculated log successfully...
Now updating your Hard Lock...
then
Error while writing to hardlock!
So I'm sending you the log .hlg file, please update that for me as soon as you can possible
