IsBoot A60

I have a problem with A60.
Full flash with Freia and Tornado box and display this message:

COMM_LoadBoots : found SIEMENS A60 lg95 v10 (1)
COMM_LoadBoots : flash ids are 0001220C [00000000] - 0C01
COMM_LoadBoots : phone ids are E81D26AC [E81D26AC]

I have full flash and memory, rebuild imei in memory and still OK
But is impossible unlock because the IsBootRunning does run.
Any solution?
