People be aware if you upgrade your dongle via maintinence soft v4 it will erase all your activations. Granted I should of kept mine in a safe place but I didn't and now I'm ****ed as I run an upgrade and repair center and now have to chase up my reseller and wait for the email.

there is a warning. the warning on this forum says to make backups of all activations.
if you can find the email which you got the activation you can use the same file again.
if you dont have your email, then you're dumb. why erase original email AND not make backup?

Dumb! Just so happens my system crashed and I did loose my activation I have it restored now but as I run a service center for 17 retail outlets I don't have time to read every post in every forum on every tool.
