What cabel do i need?

I've tried Vygis with Cruiser UC 10 Cabel (5in1 Cabel) and conection was not possible.

Also i've tried HWK (orig.) with LG 24 pin Cabel and LG Tools V2.0.0 - no response from target...

What Cabel is needed?
