d600 gprs prob

ive got a d600 with vodafone pay as you go sim in, when i try to connect to gprs it wont do nothing just keeps timing out, ive got signal and ive even sent settings to mob again, its a sim free phone and also cleared the cache
any advice please

ive also tried o2 sim in there and thats the same, just wont connect to wap

please help
