I bought the Mini 100M Bluetooth Dongle from LedShoppe (http://ledshoppe.com/Product/com/CA3003.htm) and it comes with a CD for drivers. The version number of BlueSoleil driver is 1.6.1.4
How can I updated it to the last version from manufacturer webpage (http://www.bluesoleil.com/download/index.asp) ? Somebody said that the version from the website limits the bluetooth traffic.
Which one from this website (http://www.bluesoleil.com/download/index.asp) is the successor of the BlueSoleil 1.6.1.4 ?
Is it worth to update the driver ?

you'll have to replace executable after installing it with the patched one from here:

P.S. I have bought the same dongle from the same place and compared both bluesoleil and widcomm - Bluesoleil was buggy and inconsistent even with latest version - widcomm was solid like a rock

where did you find the widcomm and what was the price ?
All widcom versions and patches for them are available on this site fo free. The version that I'm currently using is 5.0.1.1200 , just do a search on this forum:

yes, I removed the bluesleil drivers and software and istalled widcomm

I installed the widcomm driver and I got an icon in the tray. Unfortunatelly, I can't connect to the Scala headset.
Do I need to install another software for manage the Bluetooth connections ?
Meantime, I got an answer from Blue Soleil:
Thank you for your interest in BlueSoleil.
Please uninstall the old version on your PC. Propose solutions to remove BlueSoleil as follow: from the install packet (Program Files / IVT Corporation / BlueSoleil), please find the program "uninstall.exe"(there are two files named “uninstall”, please choose the one whose type is Application), click and choose "no" in the next window, then it will uninstall automatically.
After rebooting your PC, please download BlueSoleil (Standard) version2.1.3.0 from our website: www.bluesoleil.com and install normally.
If your dongle is licensed before, BlueSoleil(STD) v2.1.3.0 edition will work in full mode with the dongle. So the update to STD is free and to the VoIP will cost 5.99 Euros.
If the update version runs in evaluation mode, please click Help - Buy to buy a license for your dongle.

My Bluetooth icon says that Bluetooth device not found so I can't use my Bluetooth Adapter (Dongle) with this driver (Widcomm)
any solutions ?

When I plug my dongle it, it says that the device is not recognized or not found. I tried Bluesoleil and widcomm. Where can I find the drivers for this dongle?
