D500 Hanging

when swithed on it display the starting screen and hangs. tried to reset mmi in hwk. the tat mode displays and goes off. is it hardware or soft.

Try to reflash it, also try to write fuulflash, then reset *2767*3855#.
if not helps probably hw fault...
