When I tried to install the applications from here, I get the following error message:
"Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate."
What's going on?

Qtek S200 and it's using WM 5. I get this error when I install Pocket Breeze and Weatherpanel.

how do i use that file? And someone told me that my device is application locked. How do I get rid of it? I tried to do a search, but I failed to find a solution :(.

M8...its a cab file....unzip it to extract the cab file and copy the cab to your sd card....use file explorer from your poquet pc and find that cab... click on it and it will execute (install).

Thanks! Do I also need to activate this CAB file each time I do a hard reset? How come other people don't get this problem while I get it?

Yes...you have to run that cab everytime you hard reset....and yes some other people also get this problem.... it all depends on what rom you are using...corporate and basic installs also count towards some roms.

Hi all, glad I foudn this site!
I too am having the same problems. Everytime I try to run an "altered" program, I get the error: "either it is not signed with a trusted certificate..."
I tried installing the Signed Disabled Certificate and get no love.
Is there anyway around this?
I am on a T-Mobile MDA US with the latest ROM update.

FYI - by all appearances, my phone does seem to be "application unlocked". I ran the "CheckLock.exe" file along with the SDA_App and it says that I am unlocked. No clue why I can't run cracks?
