no joy on unlocking my tsm7

ERROR 01


ive connected the cable, ir, internet connection is stable with firewalls disabled. any help appreciated.

ERROR 01 means IR connection broken. The IR communication with TSM phones is sooooooooooooooo bad, phones disconnect very quickly, they make many IR connection errors, they are very poorly implemented the IR connection in firmware. You should try to connect mobile to PC via IR and when PC detects phone very quickly press unlock button.


Please can you specify which software are you using?
