Raskal´s project, if I´m not mistaken. Very good dongle, I have it. Is a FLS-4 emulator. Work pretty good with USB connection.

It is an economical version of 5000$ Original Nokia FLS-4...
Sick Nokia handsets love that box, it is almost same as PBB-2.
