Does anyone know hot read/write the eeprom (95640w6) of this phone?
If so what is the software and hardware needed?

The eeprom is produced by Xicor.
Is an write protect eeprom.

That's strange, i opened a MT-430i and i not found any 95640w6.
The chip i found was the: X25642 (8 pins), but i could not read it. I thought it was a 2564 variant, but the pins must be diferent.
The X probably means Xicor manufacturer.
If somebody has more info on this, please let me know.

Afterall it wasent a MT-430i, it was a MT-230i.Sorry about that.

I made one prog who can read 95640 but only read .To write it doit with ponyprog. 25640=95640.

Can not write 95640 with Ponyprog.
Is write protected.
