Problem AX72 Unlock ????

I do unlock many of AX72 before, this is the first one one have problem.
When i try to unlock AX72 i got this message :
Warning : EEFULL is corrupted
Phone Imei : invalid imei
SPLock Failed
Warning : setting default lock data
( by the way how to save the log data ? )

Maybe need to fullflash this phone... If it will not help - phone have hardware damage. :(
Log data you can find in Program Files->DreamBox->bin folder.

I have same problem,but repair with flash fullflash and then I click on repair imei (use factory IMEI from flash OTP area).This method possible with cut track or testpoint!!
