SE K608i - Keypad problem

Hi everyone!

My SE K608i keypad does not work correctly.
Only keypads 4, 5, 7, 8, *, 0 and the joystick work.

The rest and the LED light on the keypads doesn't work too.
This problem came after I dissambled the phone.

Now, do I have to reflash it with any flashfile or do I have to take the small parts around the joystick away?

I have read the posts around this problem, but I need a good suggestion to follow as this phone is for a custumer.

dont know much about these problesm but:

well first dissemble the phone and see if everything seems okay, then just give it a service (clean)
