my expierence was that you can only use the blackberry's service providers flashes for this model, so go to your service providers website and download the correct flash for your model. my bb7290 did not accept any other service provider's flash but the original branded one (orange uk). but best is try and post result.

mine is marked Telstra, therefore don't have pack with language italia.
Possible that there am not a solution?
